Are all the rides included in the price?
There are only three pay again attractions and these are the go Karts, the driving school and the mini golf.. All the other rides and shows, including the Jousting Show, the Magic Shows and entry to the Farm are included in the price.
Is the car park and coach park free?
Yes. All the car parks in the theme park are free.
Do you do a season pass?
Yes. They can be purchased from us. You will need a form, a passport size photo and full payment. These cannot be made up while you wait but will be sent out to you in the post.
How can I pay for the tickets?
We take cash, cheques and most major cards, excluding American Express.
Can I use Tesco Club Card vouchers?
As long as you have sent off to Tesco and got them exchanged for the corrrect vouchers then yes you can use them. However they can only be used against full priced tickets, £22, or family tickets of £68. They can’t be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
Do I need to pay if I don’t intend to go on any of the rides?
Yes, the gate price is for entry into the park and everyone needs to pay this, this price will grant you entry into the shows and the farm.
Do you allow dogs on the park?
The only dogs that we allow on the park are Guide Dogs.
Can I hire a wheelchair?
Yes, these are on a first come first served basis and are £3 to hire with a £20 returnable deposit. They can be reserved.
Can we bring our own food?
Yes there are picnic areas around the park
If we leave our picnic in the car can we go out and get it?
Yes. Just see a member of staff on the gate and they will stamp your hand, which will allow you to re-enter the park
Are there lockers on the park?
There are a few lockers on the park, however these are on a first come, first served basis
Are there any height restrictions on the park?
All of the rides have a height restriction and this is for health and safety reasons.
If it’s raining will the rides still be open?
Generally the rain will not stop the rides, unless there is quite bad weather conditions which compromise health and safety. Rain Check Promotion - If it rains for 2 hours or more during your visit, we'll give you a a half price return ticket valid until 05/09/10. So you can return for just £11 per person.
How many people qualify for a group booking?
You need at least 12 paying people to qualify for a group.
How long in advance do I need to book a group?
The booking office opens during normal office hours. Please make your booking 48 hours in advance.
How many free places am I entitled to?
You will get 1 free place for every 20 paying people.
