Group Bookings - FAQs
How many do we need to qualify for a discount rate?
You need 12 paying guests to qualify and your group MUST be booked at least 48hrs in advance.
What does the admission price include?
The price includes unlimited rides, live shows and entry to Birds of Prey animal centre. (small charge for Go-karts & Driving School).
Do we have to pay in advance?
No, once you have made your booking for approximate numbers we will confirm it in writing asking for a £50 deposit but final payment can be made on the day when you confirm your exact numbers.
What about parking?
Parking is free of charge and coaches can park in a designated car park close to the entrance.
Can we bring a picnic?
Yes, we have several picnic areas around the park but if you prefer to buy food on the park if you let us know at the time of booking we can upgrade your ticket to include a meal.
Can you help us promote our trip?
Yes, we can provide both posters and leaflets
